Olfactive Studio is a collection of 5 new fragrances that are a result of an innovative collaboration between perfumers and contemporary artistic photographers.The collection represents the first time perfumers have partnered with photographers to draw inspiration from images, instead of being inspired by words.

Each unisex scent conveys the emotions and mood of a photograph. And, bottle designs seem to “come to life” in the photographs that inspired each scent.

The fragrances – along with the photographs that inspired each scent – will be showcased during the NY NOW show, on Sunday August 18, 2013. The show takes place at the Jacob K. Javits Center and Pier 94 in New York City.

The photo shown was taken by photographer Massimo Vitali, and the fragrance it inspired is called Lumiere Blanche by perfumer Sidonie Lancesseur at Robertet.
